Zach supports Get Recruited’s player evaluation, content development, and strategic growth initiatives. He previously served as COO of nonprofit sports diplomacy organization The Basketball Embassy, leading operations, grant writing, and international outreach programs and remains an active advisory board member.

He holds a master’s degree in sport management from the University of the Incarnate Word, where he served as the men’s basketball graduate assistant, and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Texas Tech University.
