Player Statement
My name is Maximus Karamouzis and I am playing for Panathinaikos BC U18 Academy team.
I am currently in my second high school year, living away from home on my own in Athens, Greece.
School is of high priority for me and I enjoy combining elite level basketball with my studies.
I am a 6’2” point-guard with ability to both facilitate and score. I shoot the ball well, attack the basket hard and play aggressive defense.
I can play all guard positions if needed and have high level decision-making, always looking to create the best possible option for the team.
As I have two citizenships, I have played for both the Swedish and Greek U16 national teams. I will make my definite national team decision this coming summer.
