I am a 6’3″ center who focuses heavily on doing the hard work on the court. My main strength lies in my defense, where I play aggressively and am not afraid to put pressure on my opponents and disrupt their offense. I am also skilled at grabbing rebounds, which gives my team extra opportunities in every game. I see myself as a “cement” player, one who is not afraid to get my hands dirty and do the necessary work to win.
I am a strong advocate for team play and enjoy sharing the ball to create better opportunities. Instead of always taking it to the basket myself, I prioritize creating openings for my teammates and ensuring we play as a cohesive unit. By reading the game and being in the right position to set good screens, I can help my teammates get better shooting opportunities.
Recently, I’ve also developed my shooting, which gives me more options on offense and opens up the game for both myself and the team. One area I am working on is building up my endurance, strength and confidence, particularly in finishing around the rim. I believe that improving these aspects will allow me to become a more dominant player in the paint. I am committed to putting in the work to grow in this area.
I am a team player who always prioritizes the team over myself. I am dedicated to working hard and doing what it takes to help my team succeed, and I am always eager to develop and take my game to the next level.
